At Oakfield Junior School we aim to support parents and pupils through transition, from Infant to Junior School and then onto Secondary Education. We have worked closely with the relevant schools: visited new schools, held discussions with staff and supported pupils with visits to their new schools. These transition activities are organised to help ensure all our pupils are exceptionally well prepared for the next stage of their education.
